May 2020 - August 2021
As an Associate Manager Dunkin Donuts, I oversaw shift crew schedules, inventory management, ordering, recruitment, and the onboarding and training of crew members. I handled customer service and quality concerns, managed store opening and closing, and ensured cash management and food service protocols. In my position, I identified cost-saving opportunities and implemented strategies for optimal staffing, forecasting, and supply management, achieving approximately $12K monthly savings.
I found a new position at Dunkin Donuts, mainly because they were open to hiring me at 15 and offered significantly better pay. During my time, I acquired extensive knowledge of the business, including drink preparation, customer engagement, inventory management, and employee training. In this role, I optimized order management and service processes, resulting in reduced customer wait times, shift teams, and improved overall store performance.
My first job was lifeguarding, which allowed me to my passion for swimming and my experience on the school swim team. During this role, I gained skills in creating schedules, managing pool operations, handling time reporting and attendance, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
